What is the difference between the different purchase options?

You can use the game either in a subscription based model, in which you are charged monthly until you stop the subscription, or you can buy an unlimited single user license for a one time payment. Both these options assume you have a microphone and a recorder instrument well at hand. If this is not the case, you can purchase our gift pack which comes with a game CD, a recorder and a microphone (and also makes an excellent gift). Shipment is free across the globe...

What if I'm unhappy with the game?

You will be fully refunded, of course. We aim at satisfied clients and kids who enjoy the game. If for some reason this is not the case, we will be happy to return your money and understand what requires improvement.

How soon can I expect to receive the game?

Electronic delivery is immediate. The complete kit will be sent via mail within 14 working days (but usually sooner than that). Please contact us if you need it even sooner.

Is my personal information protected?

As web users ourselves, we are also concerned with information safety over the web. That is why you can believe us when we promise never to share any personal information without your consent.

Do you have Mac support?

Yes! We are happy to report that we now support Mac as well.

What are the technical requirements of the game?

Regular recorder, standard microphone and speakers.
Windows or Mac OS, Internet connection.
At least 512MB RAM. We recommend a video card with at least 128MB (but things work OK with half that much as well).
